Goes a long ways... Seals well... no leaks so far and it has rained and snowed... over a month no leaks so far...

Had chimney sweep come out and do a fireplace inspection. Among the items recommend was to do the flashing sealant around the fireplace. They quoted $300 just for the flashing sealant. Was very easy to do and saved a great deal of money doing it my self. Also used the ChimneyRx Brushable Crown Repair gal was quoted $300 for the Crown Repair, they were going to use a similar product and ChimneyRx Masonry Fireplace Chimney Water Repellent - 1 Gallon they quoted $200 for the Chimney Waterproofing.
Works as indicated.

It actually worked, stopped our leaky chimney. Awesome product.

Had a nagging chimney leak somewhere around the flashing. Applied several coats of typical roofing tar plus mesh with no luck. I was about to hire a pro when I heard about Chimney Rx. Applied it and it stopped the leaking. It's been over 2 years since I applied it and it's still sealing great. Later I applied the crown repair too. Taped everything off which made the chimney look much neater. Highly recommend.
