Fittings leaked and I ended up throwing it away. It was too damaged after trying to stop it from leaking.

I bought this originally with the intention of using the extra long hose for washing the dog when it's too chilly to use the hose. When shopping for this product I loved the fact that I could have a stationary shower head as well as the hand-held. So at the same time that I purchased this I bought a high pressure, water-focusing shower head so I can rinse out my very thick, curly hair. I thought this was going to be great, as I could have a shower head for the dog, and a shower head for me, and I wouldn't have to do any more switching around than turning a knob. There is nothing wrong with the other shower head that I bought, and it works just fine, but I almost never use it. The different settings on this shower head do everything I could want a shower head to do, including rinsing the medicated shampoo out of the thick feathering on the back of my dog's legs, and rinsing the heavy duty conditioner out of my hair. I saw some reviews where people had difficulty with the sprayer not staying where it was aimed when it was in the holder, but the only issue that I have had with the head moving is when I bump the hose. I have had the extra long hose catch the water knob on the shower and change the temperature, but that's user error, and it doesn't happen when I pay attention to where the hose is when I'm moving the sprayer about.
As an extra bonus, the extra hose length makes it much easier to clean the shower and keep all of the water IN the tub, which is better for my floor.

Terrible product--not chrome--only plastic and would not seal. I have received items like this before and Amazon has always made it right. Suddenly I get an email stating they are considering closing my account. I will be happy to forward it for any to see. DUH !! They won't control the packing and I am the one at fault ?? Strange--

Unfortunately, we had to return this item. It leaked internally on the actual mechanism itself, not where I had to attach it. Also, the other reviewers were correct in the fact that this will not stay upright. There are better items out there.

The pressure was adequate probably for most people. I like at least one setting that feels like it's massaging the muscles and this was good but it could have been a little better on that point. Overall I'm satisfied with it and it came in good shape and when it was supposed to.
