This came in a day early which is nice. The package was a little man handled, but The product inside was undamaged. I put it all together, which was easy to do. I had my brother help, because its easier with two people. But everything was there, stands sturdy, I added some padding under the front portion of the legs to increase stability and decrease wobbling. Love it! I would recommend this product, thus far, but I've only had it for a day. Take it for what its worth.

Arrived without instructions or any bolts to construct tower.
Now I have a box of metal parts and I'm trying to get bolts, not satisfied at all !

BOWFLEX HAS A STEADY TOWER AND THICK ENOUGH GRIP FOR A CONFORTABLE PULL AND PUSH, VERY EASY ASSEMBLY...THANK YOU GUYS...

The equipment arrived in a well packaged form, easy to assemble with clear directions. It took about 1 hour to assemble. I am 5'9" tall so it was a good fit for me. The frame looks good and well finished. I read previous reviews about how stable it is and I think it is better than reviews. The package I received had the exercise chart as well.
Waiting on odd part

I just got this, and can't rate use yet; but once I can use it, I'll update this.
First the box was not strong enough for this product; there were large tears and several holes in the box. Packaging review has already been submitted.
Surprisingly all the little bit were still there (nuts, bolts, washer). Considering 2 washers fell out after cutting the straps and all the holes in the box, I expected little bits to be missing. Looking over the parts list, it looked like everything was there, till half way through assembling it. Part 6, Back Pad Assembly, there was the Foam Back Pad; but the tube that should have been in it for mounting was not there; so, it's on order.

Once I get the part and can use the machine, I'll update the rating and comments here.
