Best oak chips on Amazon. Complex aroma, hints of cinnamon, vanilla. Will flavor your wine of other products nicely. I grind this stuff still further, down to sawdust, in a rotary-blade coffee grinder. ONe bag of these chips does about 6 or 7 batches of wine for me, 6 gallons per batch. I use about a cup in each batch.

Going to use for my 20 gallons of homemade wine. I usually like to add some oak flavor, but nothing overpowering. Hoping this does the trick. Will follow up with a better assessment at a later time. packaged good and product seems pretty good.
