To be honest, I purchased this a long time ago and it only died a couple of weeks ago. So we are talking about maybe 4-5 years? This thing has been with me through thick and thin, I had originally purchased this as a back up to my original power supply, but since this one seemed consistent and sturdy I used it consistently for about 3 years until it finally gave in. For the price this is a great starter power supply and one of the things I loved the most is that it had 2 slots for 2 machines. The only drawback I can think of is the back part seems a bit flimsy, so you still have to treat it with care while plugging the power source. But other than that, for the price, this thing was a dream. RIP I will never forget you.

I had a power supply from a tattoo kit that was jumpy and sometimes inconsistent. I was reluctant to spend a whole lot of money on a new one until the guy who trained me told me he uses this machine (originally sold by a brand called TattooStar, but they were no longer available on Amazon; this is the exact same thing) and I was amazed at how much better my tattooing experience became. My machine can finally run consistently on lower voltages and I love that I can keep both machines plugged in at the same time in case I ever need to go back to something, and I can literally do it at the flip of a switch. Clip cords are just slightly awkward but they work regardless. Only thing that I can complain about is that the cord that plugs into the back of the machine to be plugged into the wall hardly fits... It's super wobbly and I sort of had to make sure that my machine didn't move where I had it set up or else I would have lost connection entirely. This cord it comes with is almost useless. Luckily the cord from my old machine fit in there a lot better, so I'll be using that one instead.

Used the power pack this past weekend. The adjustment works great and seems to have plenty of power to run my guns. Definitely like the fact I can switch back and forth between liner and shader.

My husband n I gave this to our tattoo artist who had a beat up old one... he loved it n attended a tattoo convention in Monterey Mexico with it by his side...

Honestly the best affordable power source I've received yet. This machine is rugged and seems it will last a long time. I purchased it mid January. I will edit this review when it breaks. <3
