The covers break off, and go figure they don't sell just the horizontal cover plate. Don't get them. Have to buy whole new box just got cover!

This is NOT a 2-gang box - it is a single gang 22 Cu In box. It's great for its intended use, just a bad description.

These work great and we have used all the different styles that they make on different projects. This is the first time we have used this style for new construction with a brick house. The issue is that the box is just a little too deep. You have to cut into the house and penetrate the house wrap. Now the only way around this would be to have your brick layers set there brick about an inch further away from the house and then the box would just touch the house wrap. It's a big issue in my book because most brick layers have a certain depth they set there brick and around here it's less than what this box is. I think on this box Arlington needs to redesign it and make it a little bit shallower. When you penetrate into the exterior of the home and through the house wrap you are making a place for air to seep into the home. The only away around this is to go back from inside the home and spray foam around each box from the inside. It's a lot of extra work so just keep this in mind if you plan on buying these for your new home.
