versatile, everyone seems to love it
M. Kissel•July 16, 2017
This spice is amazing on lots of things, our favorites are chicken and salmon. Used to have it at Costco in this large size, then smaller ones at local grocery, but company said no one near me has it, so glad to find it on Amazon.
Delicious!

â—▬▬▬▬๑۩ I DO RECOMMEND ۩๑▬▬▬▬▬â—
My original purchase was at the grocery store, then the store stopped carrying it, thank heavens for AMAZON!
â—▬▬▬▬๑۩ QUALITY ۩๑▬▬▬▬▬â—
The seasonings in here are pleasantly strong. It won't take a lot of it to season a meal. The ginger is hinted at but not overpowering in the mix. Very well balanced to season with.
â—▬▬▬▬๑۩ COOKING ۩๑▬▬▬▬▬â—
You will find this seasoning is not just for stirfry at all. I tend to put it in about half way through cooking if it is something that is being done in a frying pan or wok.
Used on
--- Salads - sprinkled over it as a topper vs dressing
--- Hamburgers - yes in the meat mix
--- Over chicken - both roasted and tossed in a pan
--- With shredded beef - tossed in a stir-fry
â—▬▬▬▬๑۩ NOTE ۩๑▬▬▬▬▬â—
I keep this in my kitchen because it has so many different dishes it can go in for that extra kick to the taste buds.

It's really good. Very salty
Julie Healon•October 4, 2016
It's really good. Very salty. A little more than I expected. And you can really taste the ginger. It's good though. I like it on ribs, or a few Asian dishes I make. Stir fry being one. A little goes a long way. I would use just a small amount.
a really nice spin on a BBQ sauce
GREGORY W WAINMAN•August 21, 2016
Want to put a spin on a different BBQ sauce? Try this with catsup a little water, brown sugar and then add cayenne pepper to your own taste. a really nice spin on a BBQ sauce.
Good product!
PACKERS FAN•June 2, 2016
This is a very good product! The garlic and ginger translates well to your taste buds but neither dominates the other! Leaves a pleasant taste in your mouth that helps the flavor of what you are cooking it with!
