Very nice. high quality all around. I added a side light to look at the surface of rocks. I also added an Amscope adaptor for my nykon d 90.

Good microscope but quality control issues

The microscope seems to be solidly built, all adjustments work fine and the optics quality is very good. One problem is the light switch, the light does not turn on unless I keep pressing on it. This issue and other reviewers comments about units shipping with missing parts makes me worry about quality control issues with this microscope.
