I had purchased this unit many months ago and I can't be happier with the accuracy. I have used some cheep units that I just couldn't trust but I have found that this one does the job. In the business I am in I am constantly checking rpm on , pto shafts, gear heads, engine rpm and much more. As with any laser measuring tool you have to know the tricks to accurate readings, if you are interested in hearing my tricks just ask.
This unit is rugged and built much better then the cheap units on the market I still would not recommend dropping it as it is a measuring tool and I take care of my tools. Take care of them and they will take care of you.
