I'm a first timer with enemas, & the idea of a coffee enema really took me by surprise! But after I did my research, I realized that it would be VERY easy to spend a lot of money & time & STILL get things wrong!
So when I found this kit, I ordered it. I have used it a few times & am very happy with all of it. I have referred back to the coffee recipe a number of times, so it might be worth writing the recipe on a card & keeping it in the kitchen. Also, you must NOT use an aluminum pan to boil the coffee in, so be sure you have steel, iron or glass available.
Overall, a very convenient way to get started.

The instruction manuals are clear and concise and include a diagram of the intestines/colon and a diagram of the liver with its veins. There are dangers to the coffee enema and the castor oil enema, and I was unaware of them before I read the manual: your body needs to have all of its nutrients before the coffee enema because that drains away nutrients. So, 3 juices/coffee enema. And, since I'm anemic, I'll need to wait until I am no longer anemic before doing it. Also, I had never done an enema before, and the manual advises to begin with water enemas. Well, it was a bit of a mess the first time, and the second. And by the third time I got more used to the process and was trying the different positions for flushing the water through the colon (the colon is shaped like an upsidedown U). The castor oil enema releases all the toxins from the cells, which sounds great, but if someone's just gotten chemotherapy and is soaked with toxins, they can overdose from having those all released, and are better off waiting a few months. This was all in the cute little manual.

Tried it for the first time and it worked well. It takes some getting use to, but the reward is good. Great to help free up the blocked areas.

When I found out there was an actual coffee enema kit I was excited I didn't just have to use an enema bag. I really like this except that the handle is a bit awkward and there could have been a better designed one. Other than that, it's easy to use and easy to clean.
