I have been taking this product since 2013. I can tell you if you consistently take this product you will have more energy and feel better. I met Dr Wallach in 2013 and began taking the formulas- 90 essential nutrients 60 minerals 16 vitamins 12 amino acids and 3 fatty acids. This product has the vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. To follow the program, in addition to this you need to take the essential fats as well as add additional calcium (this contains far below the daily requirement) give yourself a couple of months on these and you WILL feel better! Look into his books and formulas to address specific health concerns you'll find a wealth of knowledge.
