I found this product the best over several others I’ve used.

I am pulling my previous review, as it would have not been an accurate review due to latest developments. I will continue with a 5 star rating because it has helped.
After using literally gallons of this (and other products), my system finally backed up beyond the capability of these chemical products. With some shoveling and investigation, I found that the pipe on the outlet of my septic tank had collapsed and was taking no water to the fields. The pipe had pulled free of the tank outlet hole and crushed closed. And from the looks of it, it's been that way for YEARS!! The septic water just exited the tank directly into the ground. Amazing that the system worked at all!!!
So, the pipe will soon be repaired and I will continue to use this product because if it was making my septic work with NO FIELDS HOOKED UP, it has to be great when you actually use it on septic fields!
I will update this review as the story unfolds.
The bottom line on septic issues is to physically investigate the problem before starting a bacterial treatment protocol.
Seems like it should work quicker on that

I had a sluggish line in my drain field and tried this. After a week, no real improvement. I called in a septic company and we found sludge in the distribution box which we cleaned out. I guess my thought is, if this is meant to clear out your drain field in an emergency situation, why wasn't it able to clear the sludge out of my distribution box? These are the same solids that would be in a sluggish drain field and the d-box is easier for the product to get to. Seems like it should work quicker on that.

I cannot say this product didn't do anything, but I think they over state its effectiveness.

One day the plumbing in my house backed up. When I went out to check my septic tank the first thing I noticed was that the grass over my drain field had died. I was told I would need a new drain field, which was not in the budget. After much research I settled on Roebic Leach And Drain Field Opener. I put in a bottle every two weeks till I had put in 6 bottles and had given up on this product solving my problem. Two weeks later my back ups subsided. If your problem is severe it might take a few bottles, but I am one HAPPY customer. I now add a bottle every month or so as a maintenance measure.

I had a bubbling toilet during shower usage and it hasn't happened since using product. I think this helped. I am using with green pig septic treatment now. I poured it down the toilet as per instructions. A little over a month has passed with no issues to report. I think it is worth a try since it does not cost much and just might help your situation.

Well here we are, two bottles later and at two weeks time. It seems to have cleared up my problem. It took about a week to work. I also had running toilets which contributed to my drainfield being over saturated and not accepting more water causing it to seep out through the exit pipe in my tank making a puddle in my yard. Between fixing my toilets and this, something worked. Ill be ordering another bottle in a few weeks to be safe. Thank god i didnt spend the 6,000$ i was qouted for a new drain field.
