Good results with this kit. First bottle consumed immediately then waited until month 3 for my second. It is aging nicely already - even at three months in the bottle. This wine produces a crisp wine with crisp apple flavors and a bit of citrus fruit. I tend to like a more "buttery" flavor (oak) so next time I make this I would double the oak in the first firmentation or re-oak it in the second fermentation stage.
