Very nice generator, best for the money.

I bought this generator 6 months ago. This generator has features that is rare for this price range. Like idle control, hour, frequency, voltage meter, electric start and very low THD on the AC output. The instructions are written poorly and give the user very limited information. There are no instructions on how to install the wheel kit. However, the wheel kit is included with this model. This generator's ground is bonded to neutral. You can unbond the neutral from ground if your application calls for it.
Running the generator is not quite, about 70 db. With idle control on, it is about 45db without a load present. Once there is a load it goes up to 70db. The output frequecy can easily be adjusted with the throttle control adjustment screw. This genererator has no problems running sensitive electrical equiptment like computers and tv's. It has no problem syncing to ups backup systems. It can run well pumps with ease. Overall this is a fantastic unit.

I am a Mobile groomer and with my dryer and ac . they pull about 6500 watts . it is not to loud and cranks on the first or 2th pull every time .. I do have to say the directions are crap .

I would have given it a 5 star review had it not been for the directions. Oh it came with directions which had nothing to do with the assembly. Assembly is easy just make sure to install the Axel the right way or like me you will be doing it twice. I had to call to find out what type of oil to use 10W30 motor oil non synthetic and to get the correct battery # YA12A-A. I ordered the battery on E-Bay. It started right up two pulls ran pretty quiet lets hope it does the job when needed.
