Sturdy, travels well, works great

This works great. A little heavier and bulkier than the average folding chair, but that's a given given the canopy. The carrying bag it comes in has a nice wide strap and is long, so it slings over the shoulder easily and you don't really feel the weight...with smaller chairs, i've actually found it more difficult to carry them this way. Anyhow, the chair is sturdy, and the canopy adjusts really nicely. The one thing I will say is that if you are much taller than 6'2", you may find the canopy a tad low. Other than that, i love it. Took it out on the sand yesterday for an all day event, and when i wasn't in it, teammates were. And like i said, it's sturdy. The canvas seems thick, and I'm hoping it lasts a long time.

First time out we were exited to have instant shade, however both have now broken at the feet, (black plastic part at the ground level). With the way they fold up, the feet cant be glued or screwed etc. Without having the black part to contain the down rods, the chair is useless. The first one broke the 4th time out. The second chair broke the very next outing. We not large or heavy people either, so it's an obvious design flaw.
It will break by the 5th time out.

This chair worked great at the beach - not only for providing the extra shade - we also used the top to set our cell phones, towel and other small items. The top also provided a shield against the wind and could be adjusted to lean forward or tilt to the side by adjusting the height on one side or the other. Pretty sturdy for the money - Easy to set up and fold up. No problem with getting it in or out of the case. Pretty comfortable for a folding chair at this price! I like that it has two cup holders.
