We had only tried the regular seeds. Erode and liked them. Also we liked the fact that they were supposed to be natural. This package contains 3 different flavors: regular, coconut and sliced. I was shocked to see on the flavored seeds that they are rolled in artificial sweeteners and also both contain MSG to boost the flavor. I bought that was very disturbing for a product like sunflower seeds. Is that really necessary? I cannot even finish the packages, nor would I buy them again.
