Not for your neck, for your shoulders. Because of how it is constructed you can't really even bend it to put on your neck. Had they called this a shoulder wrap (which is what it is) I never would have purchased it. It is a lot smaller than pictured.

Just had shoulder replacement surgery and this product is getting plenty of use. The layout of the gel packs is perfect for the shoulder. It fits very comfortably around the shoulder. The gel packs stay cold for approx 20-30 mins. Only complaint is that I wish it was a bit bigger to reach lower on both front and back of the my shoulder.
