We were disappointed. The colors do not show up NEAR like the pictures show. We did all the directions asked. Wet the chalk, tried to wet the hair, tried on dirty hair, clean hair, you name it. There was SOME color from the pink and blue, but the others were barely noticeable.
Not worth it.

Thought this would be a fun stocking stuffer. It was fun to get but after trying to use it once, we haven't attempted it again. My daughter has brown hair so I didn't expect a bright effect like the pictures but there was no color at all. Maybe for a blonde, but from our experience, I'm not sure I would even attempt it on the lightest of blonde hairs. It just doesn't seem to work at all.
Not for dark hair.

I think that the pictures with the product are very misleading. This does not work on dark hair. My daughter wanted a pink streak for Valentine's Day and I had to stop trying because it was not showing up and I was pushing it into her head before I realized it. If you are a blonde, these probably work fine.

YOU MUST GET PRODUCT WET TO WORK!! ive seen so many reviews saying it downt work! but if you get it wet with warm water and hold it firmly agains your hair (fingers holding hair onto product) it works great! washes out in first wash! Super fun for holidays like 4th of july or any other colorful holiday or event (like a school football game or spirit event) colors are vibrant and work great on even brownish blond hair like mine. (i did it on my frends hair and it worked too! she has dark brown hair!) and its fast and easy!!
