I should have reviewed this after I purchased it, but I failed to. I bought mine in 2016. I still have about half of the pages left, so I won't need to reorder soon. My husband is now going to order his first one. In the registries from the bank, I hated that crease that separated the top from the bottom. With this one, it opens like a book. It has a bit larger writing space, but some have complained about the coil. I like the coil. The book lies flat. It certainly doesn't interfere any in my ability to write down the balance even with my very curved fingers. Great choice of covers. I don't carry mine with me, but one could in a larger purse or tote bag. Justifying my bank statements are easy, too. One problem, it hasn't curbed my shopping on Amazon! Oh, I guess that would be MY problem! Wish I could give this ten stars. Highly recommend it.

The account registers you get when you buy checks are way too small and I never use them when they are tucked away in my checkbook. This, I have in the table by my living room chair and I get on my online bank account and balance my account every night. This has a generous number of pages and I love the spiral binding. The last one I bought did not have spiral binding and ended up tearing apart from me opening it repeatedly. This one is perfect for my needs and I will keep buying it.
