Great vest. High quality materials at an excellent value. Fits true to your normal t-shirt size. I'm a big guy and feel comfortable in a 4x T-shirt and the 4x vest fits me great. This vet first of all is true to size. I have a vest for work, and wanted to match the overall appearance of the best we wear and it is spot on (cept black bottom but sure work will not mind) Love this vest, holds my cell phone, my vape, my wallet, my keys! An iPhone 7 with a beefy Defender case will fit in the velcro breast pocket. I do not think a taller phone would velcro in that pocket though. Lots of room in the lower pockets.
