This product is wonderful for someone who has high blood pressure and needs to watch sodium intake. Often times lower sodium products end up tasting bland, not this product. It's so good! I use it in my soups, stews, and ramen to replace the packet. I highly recommend this product!!!

It takes more than regular beef bullion to add a flavor to sauces gravies and meats but being zero sodium it is my only option I use it for dry rubs on meat gravies and soups, I just use three times as much as I do regular beef bouillon it may be pricey but when you can't have sodium in your diet it's about your only option
