Bidets are by far the cleanest and most environmentally friendly option for cleaning you bum. I give this four stars instead of five only because the water jet is angeled so as to hit me a bit too far forward. It is a lot easier to scoot back a little than it is to scoot forward (for men), so If I were designing the nozzles I would err on the side of a bit far back. Otherwise, with some minor repositioning this bidet works wonderfully.
I have had one for almost a year and it still works well. I also just bought two more for my Mother's house, as she is disabled.
If you are handy, then you can install this.
I would recommend attaching all water lines and THEN attaching the bidet to the toilet. Check to be sure nozzles work without hitting the rim, and be sure to tighten down the toilet seat bolts nice and tight.
Note: once using warm water, do not flush until you turn off the bidet!! Flushing lowers pressure on the cold water side, resulting in significantly hotter water hitting your bum. Surprise!!
For the money... if you are even considering a bidet, get this one. This is a great "entry level" bidet :)

Easy to install and use

Easy to install and use. The cold water plastic adapter is not well made. Looks and feels very delicate, and does not install cleanly the first time. Had to get a replacement. The metal adapter is a lot better and easier to install. Wish they provided a metal adapter instead of the plastic one. Great Customer service though. Would have given 5 stars, had it not been for the plastic adapter.
Purchased another one for my second bathroom too... :)
Update on 02-JUN-2017: Downgraded to 1 star. Worked fine for a while and then suddenly the plastic adapter came apart and flooded my second floor bathroom in the middle of the night. Could not find a replacement adapter anywhere. If I find an adapter similar to the metal one, I will clone the hot-water connection for the cold-water line. If not, everything goes into the trash; no sense wasting any more time and money on it.

Perfect for anyone trying to get into the wonderful world of bidets!

This bidet works very well for the price. It isn't flawless, but it does what it's supposed to do very well.
We've had this bidet installed on our toilet for the last year or so, and everyone is in agreement that it has been one of the best investments we've ever made for the household. After using this bidet for a week or so, I found that I dreaded having to use any other toilet, because the bidet is so gentle and easy that I got used to very quickly and found it hard to go back.
Pros:
-Easy to use
-Adjustable heat/pressure
-Cleans more thoroughly and comfortably that toilet paper
-Leads to everyone in the house using MUCH less toilet paper
Neutrals:
-Pretty hard to install (There's no escaping that, though)
-Hard to clean thoroughly (Hard to avoid with this kind of add-on bidet)
-Water takes ages to warm up (More the fault of our water-heater I'd imagine)
-People who come to visit can be unnecessarily anxious about using your toilet :)
Cons:
-The head tends to get stuck sometimes, leading to me having to manually lower it and risk getting sprayed in the face :/
-The plastic tends to stain, leaving a clean toilet looking sort of grimy by default
-The female cleansing option is completely useless, even to the women in the house. It would have been better if they had designed it with one sturdier head instead of two mediocre ones that sometimes get stuck
So, all in all I'm in love with this thing. I have some health problems that make using toilet paper pretty uncomfortable at times and this completely alleviates that issue! I would definitely (and often do) recommend that you give this bidet a shot if you're looking to try one out.
Regardless of whether you buy this specific bidet, JUST TRY ONE! They are life-changing, trust me.

Loved it while it lasted. Now it's constantly leaking.

I had a hot water line installed in my wall near the toilet just for this bidet since I was remodelling my bathroom. Unfortunately the plastic t-fitting was not the right size. I had to use a second metal t-fitting that wasn't provided. I went to every hardware store looking for one, but it seems it was proprietary. I called the company about it and they sent me a 2nd metal t-fitting free of charge. Installation took some patience and a lot of plumbers tape but eventually the fittings stopped leaking. I had to block off one part of the t because of my special hot water line didn't need to pass through anywhere.
After this installation was complete, man was I a happy buyer. The amount of toilet paper saved and the clean feeling after use was life changing. I no longer wanted to use toilets outside of Home.
I found the hot water got too hot if you turned the knob passed one notch. Having it in the middle between hot and cold worked well. I'm sure if it was just cold water it wouldn't be so bad even in the winter, and I live in Michigan. That is as long as the heat in the house is working. But if that's the case you have Bigger problems.
I was in love with this product for the first couple months. Then it started leaking somewhere from the plastic body. It was a small amount and didn't leak all the time, and I loved the product so much that I was willing to put up with it.
Fast forward a few months and now this thing is leaking all over, from the knobs to the sides. It's created a mess in my bathroom too many times.
For some reason it seems the cold water line has some pink substance that's not present in my toilets water tank. So I think it's coming from inside the bidet. I could be wrong though. The nozzle slowly drips water into the toilet, and you can see a pink stain after a while right underneath the nozzle.
I want to replace the bidet with another brand but I find some people are having a leaking problem with them too. I'm sure some out there are getting lucky but I don't want to find it being a dud later and not being able to return it. Unfortunately I can't find any that are metal spouts like I've seen in other countries. Still looking for a replacement.

Poorly designed cold water fitting didn't leak by sheer dumb luck.

I had to downgrade this from FIVE STARS to ONE after 7 months of use. They use an oddball fitting to connect the cold water supply at the bottom of the toilet tank. It sat there just fine for 7 months and then it got BUMPED BY THE TRASH CAN and started spraying water.
From examining the fitting, I guess I was just lucky that I tightened it enough but not too tight and that it just happened to be aligned right the first time and never ever got bumped. The fitting is engineered with major gaps in it so that the entire seal depends on the rubber grommet being in exactly the correct position, but the fitting has enough play in it that the exact position cannot be ensured.
If I find a replacement, I'll post that, but for now I had to remove the thing, much as I have like it, because I cannot get it reinstalled without leaking. I checked my local major hardware store chain and they did not have any replacement connector.
