We have bought this product before and was very pleased with its performance. Our inground pool is about 10' deepest end and this cleaner was able to handle it. It tends to get hung up on the steps but that is not a negative of this cleaner. It's functionality is equal to the expensive brand name sweeper and price wise, you can't go wrong with this sweeper. I will purchase again when it becomes necessary.

This is the best item I have ever used to clean and maintain my in the ground pool, it has cut the cost of keeping the pool clean and reduced my workload by 75%. Directions stink but the Mamba is simple to put together and operate. Try adjusting the pool pressure in the event you have trouble geting it to go, mine works good at 15 to 20 PSI. I keep the unit operating any time the pump is on, while swimming and even when the pool is covered, I just leave it in the pool all season long. This is my second year of use and it works like new. Simple and effective, it will climb the walls and clean the sides, will never have a pool without a Mamba. Just a note, keep the hose at about 45 degrees angle to the bottom or you my have trouble starting the unit also I often have to restart the pump to start the Mamba.

We are happy with this cleaner. Only problem is that it often stops in one spot by the steps. I am not surprised by this as the price difference between this and other types of cleaners is staggering, I'm assuming other types don't stick as much but IDK this is our first cleaner. We are willing to put up with this inconvenience for the price. Setup was easy! Does a very good job cleaning!

Greatest pool robot / bottom cleaner ever! Look, it is cheep, probably will not last forever and it does make a noise as it cleans. HOWEVER, it cost a fraction of other robots, gets the job done (if you have a lot of dirt on the bottom or tons of leaves, also buy a leaf strainer to go with this) the nice is kind of cute, if nothing else it serves to remind you to take it out eventually and best of all, repair and setup are all child's play. Most importantly, it works. This thing just goes up and down and all around getting whatever is is there. I love it.

I was impressed the first time I ran the Mamba as it pulsed across the pool but soon saw that it repeatedly covered the same path over and over and over again. Tried shortening the hose, lengthening the hose, moving the float ring, changing the suction, changing direction of travel...no difference. Experimented throughout the summer and finally packed it up and stuck it in the garage in September for next year's garage sale.
