Chains For Gains
JT✓ Verified Purchase•June 23, 2015
I bought these to help increase my Dead Lift load. The lift is light at the bottom and progressively gets heavier as the chains rise off of the ground. Works perfectly. They were packaged rough and the box was beat to hell BUT c'mon- it's just chains so who cares, right?! They were shipped fast and free so I'm not complaining!
curious!

Do they fit in a standard 45lbs Olympic bar?
These chains are nice and well made

These chains are nice and well made.
However, buyers should be aware that 12KG pairs are two 6KG chains and 24KG pairs only came with one 12KG chain (for me).
Amazon had great customer service and tried to fix the problem for me. But I still feel that these chains are overpriced for what they weight.

Purchased these to add to my home gym. I had used chains in the gym, but was unable to find anything in the area to purchase for home use. I considered purchasing just the collars and buying chains separately from local hardware stores. After price checking, it was still less expensive purchasing these from amazon. They arrived quickly and have been great to use. I did purchase additional chains from home depot and have attached them along with these chains with a spring clip to add additional weight. I am very satisfied and plan on purchasing more of these.

I've never owned or workout with chains before but always thought it was a good type of resistant training. I considered buying chains from home depot/lowes but I felt this was the better deal as far as weight. It shipped fairly quick and arrived within a couple days. Wasn't really sure what to expect, but It was exactly what I wanted. Chains are a good size and weight, easy to use and stay securely on the bar. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.
