Good simple product.
Worth every penny...and then some!
Thomas A. Anderson•December 19, 2017
First, the product image is a bit misleading. The rail portion is actually a bit longer than the attachment area, which for my purposes was a good thing. I was able to attach this just forward of the charging handle, but still have my attachment as far back as possible, without interfering with the operation of the charging handle itself. Second, this design is good, considering that it is steel, not aluminum, so the weight is kept to a minimum. Thirdly, you get what you pay for. Being that this item was only $13, I wasn't expecting much, but in fact, this rail mount adapter is fantastic, and well worth the money. Comes with hex wrench.
Easily snags

The design acts like a hook and easily snags on gear when stage shooting. I bought 2 and the alignment was ok. You get what you pay for.
Nice if you need a closer mount

Tried the Weaver offsets and although they are great, I have several in various applications, I needed something a little closer in and these worked much better. Have not had in issues with them, they seem suited to the task.
Problem solved, red dot mount

Well constructed, fits off to the side of the scope mounted on my AR. I mounted a Burris FastFire 3 red dot for quick close target acquisition.
