I replaced my factory subs and this little 8 inch sub produces some really low notes and it gets pretty loud too. I really wanted to go with a JL Audio sub, but I was uncertain that the depth in my 2008 Honda Ridgeline had enough space in the stock enclosure. This shallow mount sub has is built well as what you would expect from Rockford Fosgate. Make sure you have enough power from a good amp to run it to get the best from this sub.

My Chevrolet Colorado was severely lacking lows. I bought this little thing and built my own box to slide under my rear bench seat. It sounds amazing, deep and punchy! Not the sound of a 12" but still awesome! I was about to settle for cheaper but glad I didn't. You won't regret buying this.
