I do a LOT of baking, and this is the only cornmeal I use. The texture of the goods is is exactly what you hope for - lighter and more moist than with any other meal - and the full corn flavor is just delicious. I can't recommend it highly enough.

This is a change for me and I'm glad I tried it. Like other reviewers mentioned, it has a nice crispy texture when baked or fried. Excellent flavor.

An adequate replacement for Silver Creek Corn Meal which is unavailable since the closure of the Silver Creek Mill.
