I've purchased these twice. I wear them almost everyday in a dirty metal shop (I work in the office, but I still walk around the shop daily) they are the perfect boot to keep my feet covered at work, but still look nice when I go out somewhere right after work. The toe box is slightly tight at first, but they break in well. And the leather smells lovely when they arrive.

I prefer the original The differences"¦ to me not a positive difference taller therefore you must wear a high sock not a standard sock; the zipper is on the side not the back (not a big deal) and the way the internal "tongue" is attached gets in your way a bit more when putting on the boot

I have bought these same boots every year for the past three years lol because I love them so much! They ARE durable, but I wear them from early fall until late spring as my go-to boots. Super comfy (walking and driving) and go well with both pants/jeans and dresses. Please, never discontinue them!!

I love how these boots look, but I'm not sure if they're the real thing? They do not smell like leather. They have a very strong chemical smell. Also there's a small rip near the zipper. As far as sizing, they seem a tiny bit on the smaller side. Hopefully they will loosen up with wear.
