I've been taking Allegra for years due to severe, chronic sinus and allergy problems. After purchasing and taking this product, my allergies were worse than they've been in years. I even contacted my doctor thinking I had a sinus infection, or that I might need sinus surgery again. (Scary!) I finally decided I'd had enough misery and I purchased a generic brand of this drug from Walmart. After one night I could see and feel a major difference.
Long story short, I definitely would not recommend purchasing Allegra off of amazon. Something is different from the product when purchased in stores.

Allegra works pretty well for me, but I strongly prefer the coated caplets to these tablets. These are way bigger than the coated caplets, and I find them very hard to get down. Because they're not coated, they taste bad as well. I bought them by accident thinking they were the coated ones and cannot wait to get through the bottle so I can switch back.

allegra seems to be the only allergy medicine that really works for me and this was a value. these pills aren't to big, easy to swallow and work. i live in florida and my nose always gets runny before a rainstorm. like i like to say "my nose knows when it's gonna rain." so i take these once my eye begin to itch and i'm golden. also non-drowsy which is great.

This is the best allergy medicine I have used. I get really bad hayfever and also sulfa allergies. Sulfites are pretty hard to avoid but when I am taking allegra it is almost like I dont have the allergy. The things that would nornally give me rashes, breakouts, headaches, itchy dry eyes, and even hives, now barely bother me if they do at all. I have found the 24 hour better than 12 hour and usually stick with the regular instead of decongestant. I have been using allegra for many years and love it. I have tried zyrtec, clairton, benadryl, and a few others but none seemes to work for me other than Allegra. I would recommended others at least trying this. Allergy products work different for every person but I was glad to find this one when none of the others worked for me. Its easy to swallow pill (despite the size which isnt large, but isn't tiny) which is helpful for those like me that struggle with it. It is completely truly non drowsy and can be taken in morning, afternoon, or evening, whenever you prefer.

They take the edge off my symptoms and help me get through my day. However they only help me for about 12 hours, not 24.
