Lacks instructions
LoriJanuary 23, 2018
The digital alarm clock works well as a clock and as a CD player. However, the directions that came with it do not tell you how to set the clock (only the alarm.) When I pointed this out in a previous review, I was subjected to a string of belligerent and insulting emails from the vendor Westpotpourii. When a Amazon customer rep took my side, Westpotpourii threatened her job and said they were reporting her to Jeff Bezos. I don't know why Amazon deals with a vendor that insults their customers and the company itself.
Don't Buy this Radio

Very disappointing purchase. After less than a year, I'm having trouble with it working properly. You don't get much help from User Manual that comes with it. Won't buy a cheap radio CD player again. Much better to go with one that's more expensive and with a more well known name brand.
Not what I had hoped

I really wanted this to work for me and I do play CD's on it while in my office, but every time I do the time stops and picks up after the CD is over, so if it's 43 minutes long the time is 43 minutes behind. :) Also switching the function is too complicated. The reviews were right on this one.
Junk!

My husband gave this to me as a Christmas gift. That's the only reason I've kept it this long! It's not worth your money! It is very difficult to navigate from radio to cd player, etc. When playing the radio, you can no longer see the time. I was going to set the alarm and just gave up after realizing I would have to get out the instructions again. So after 5 months, I'm finally giving up and getting rid of it. If it hadn't been a gift, I would have gotten rid of it much sooner! Don't waste your money!
No volume control for the CD Alarm feature!
Richard B RodriguezNovember 5, 2016
Unit is attractive, nice clock and the sound quality is pleasant for its size and price. If you plan to use this as your alarm clock, beware that the instructions dont match the software. The alarm setting instructions say that after you select CD or Radio for the alarm, you can set the alarm volume. Apparently at some point after those instructions were written they changed the software and removed the ability to set the volume. What the unit does is start out at the lowest volume and then slowly increases the volume to maximum over about 1 minute. If you were hoping this unit would allow you to enjoy a nice song or two at a pleasant volume in the morning you will be disappointed. We returned this item for a refund when we realized it would have to be turned off almost immediately after the alarm goes off to avoid being blasted out of bed. Whoever made the decision to change the software really blew it on this one!
