Very bright but definitely not permanent on non-skin surfaces

This is very bright under UV and barely visible in normal light unless you know where to look and do so at an angle.
My only gripe is that it is far from permanent. On-non skin surfaces, if you rub hard enough with your finger it will rub off, even after weeks of drying.
Oh and DO NOT get stuff on your hands or skin. It takes days of washing and showers to get this stuff off. Not that anyone would be able to tell without a UV light though.
