This DOES not fit an H&K MP5- and it's not even close nor fixable. Do not order this piece unless you collect worthless pieces of scrap metal. I don't know how in the world they advertise this for that specific firearm- its nowhere even in the same stratosphere as being able to fit this gun. Now the gun is damaged/scratched from me trying to get it fit. Worthless, terrible product. I wish I could give it zero stars.

Will absolutely NOT fit the GSG522. I am a machinist and was able to machine a relief on the bottom side for the rail to clear the top lug. This was the only way to make it work. After that, all was good

Does not fit H&K MP5 A5

This does not fit the H&K (Walther Arms) MP5 A5 .22 semi auto rifle as stated. There is a raised area on the receiver top plate that prohibits the rail from seating down to attach to the mounting lugs in the grooves on the receiver. It looks like you could take a file to this raised portion if you wanted to modify the receiver top.
