Very nicely made, though doesn't hold heat as long as desired

I feel bad not giving this five stars, but the heat doesn't last as long as in others I've purchased over the years. Seems good for maybe 15 minutes max. Since I purchased these for my parents, who are in their 80s and can't get up to reheat it all that easily, it was a bit of a disappointment.
Dont know how to live without it now

I heat up my wrap in the microwave oven for two minutes and use it on my shoulders and even my back(with it wedged up against the chair) It relieves my aching muscles so much. I don't know what I would do with out it.

love the concept but it doesn't cover much area. works decently on me, but barely covers any of my husband. If it went higher up the neck it would be more useful...and maybe went square down the back...it feels like it comes just short of the areas that hurt leaving you torquing your body to try to get under it defeating the purpose, but the theory is great and the parts that it covers it works well on

I use this daily. I have chronic neck/shoulder pain, and have had this for issue the better of 20 years. The pad along with added strengthening exercises, have made a profound impact on the way I live in my body. I do wish however, that the pad would stay heated longer, as well as stay cold longer when I need it cold. My fix is to place it in the microwave when more heat is needed. Or, in the fridge when I need it cold again.
It works like you would hope it would!

I got my mom one of these a few years ago and when my husband started a our garden and restoring a pool, he ached. He borrowed hers and I decided he needed his own. This was part of his birthday gifts. He loves how it covers the shoulder front and back and up the neck where he has the most pain. It stays hot to warm a long while. Better yet, no wires or cords to worry with and if you fall asleep with it on, no worries. A great gift or personal pampering gift. Smells good too.
