Only problem bought used one one they failed to know or understand & disclose it is suppose to come with a starter string with hard end to put in hole in slot in ball. Otherwise past initial step learning curve on getting it started it is great. See youtube vids on how to start it to get the hang of it.

After being on the fence for over a year I ordered it. Surprisingly this thing works. I'm actually experiencing OMS in my forearms and wrists. Deep inside the muscles and I feel as if the tendons are getting more taut. This is a very good soreness. Grip feels firmer too. This will work on the mat AND on the range. Relieved some of the thumb joint soreness too. This is one of those "I should have bought this sooner" items.

For what it is and the price, it's 5 stars. I was playing with a friend's auto start model and figured I'd try this one. I didn't realize there were differences in models, so pay attention when ordering. I have no problem starting this with the cord, but also started the auto start on the first time...which some people struggle with so if think it'll be tough to start, get the other model.
I can barely do a minute at a fast speed, so looking forward to working my way up. I've had wrist issues in the past and spend all day on the computer, so this should help strengthen weak muscles.

I have used the other major brand who's name escapes atm, its 3 letters or something, and was glad I went with the unknown this time. this one is easier to keep spinning at lower speeds so u can go longer. I find at full force either arm won't go two min even. I like the lack of lights so I can use it whilst driving at night.

Looked at the 1 star reviews, and was prompted to post 5 star. Don't know how long my NSD Spinner will last; I am using it several times a week. I liked the spinner so much that I purchases a second one for a friend in wrist/arm rehab. We are both enjoying this immensely. If it breaks, I will probably purchase a more expensive one, probably from NSD, as looking at the one star reviews, I find NSD's customer service responsive.
