Bought this less than a months and a half ago and it broke. We bought it before we went from OR to OH. Half way through our trip the thing broke. I figured once I got to where I was going. I would file a return on it, once had a printer to print out the return paper. Once I arrived my return time had already expired. I guess that was my mistake buying it two weeks before we left for our trip. Do not buy this product or from this seller

Seems to work fine. Took the trailer camping and drove 120 miles this past weekend with no problems. A very slight bit of noise at slow speed but nothing annoying. As one person said - it is like insurance, you don't need it until you need it and then if you don't have it, it is too late. Easy install on the existing hitch with the Eaz-Lift sway control adapter. One caveat is I bought my trailer, a used one year old, that already had the ball welded onto the trailer tongue - so lucky me.
