This is definitely a must have when you have a baby. It was great, easy to use and real quick. It's been almost 2yrs and is still kicking!

Maybe steaming the bottles wasn't for my husband and I. We prefer the boiling bottles method. I guess if you want to steam your bottles this would be an option. But the extra cleaning of the machine and sometimes the bottles and pacifiers had a funny smell even after cleaning so my experience wasnt great, but maybe it might be for you.

Great price for product. Do read instructions carefully. You get that burnt smell when you pour the water and it splashed to the side walls of the steamer. Make sure the water is poured directly in the middle metal ring and also use proper measurements of water, this should help alleviate burnt smell.
There is residue built up if you do not clean it properly. I usually just take a paper towel and clean it. I'm sure there are more better ways to clean it, but works for me.
It doess collect residue which i was able to clean at first but now I can't get rid of it.

I just got this today and was sterilizing my sons bottles before he comes and as soon as I removed the stand where are the bottles are kept from the container, I saw the middle stick was warped on my first use! I had to bend it back to being straight, but it was still warped to one side. The second time I used it, the bottom plate got warped upwards to one side. I'm going to contact munchkin! Not happy

I ordered this and used for less than a week and the metal plate in the bottom has already rusted. It makes the bottles, etc dirty with brown residue. I followed the directions that it came with! I loved it and thought it worked great until rusty water residue started. Very disappointed!
