This is the fastest bottle warmer I have ever seen. This works great for convenience. I love everything about this product and it works perfect. I have used many bottle warmers and this one is by far my favorite. I love the feature of the cooler in the back. I always put an ice pack in it for middle of the night pumps to keep my milk cold.

It's OK... It Is pretty easy to use. However we have had it for almost two months and the latch on the cooler won't stay hooked (so you can't carry it by the handle...and the most we carry it is from the kitchen to the bedroom). I originally thought it was a good idea, but really is only a cooler with ice packs, which you may be able to find cheaper elsewhere. The heater uses steam which makes the whole bottle hot (as opposed to the kiinde that circulates water below). It cools pretty quickly though. My main problem has been with algae in the water reservoir. Why have it if you have to replace it everyday and add it to all the other dishes that have to be cleaned?!?! All in all, I don't think I'd purchase it again.

However, this warmer works as advertised, gives consistent results, warms the milk gently, and is really easy to use.
It is also compact, and takes very little space in the kitchen.

This works so well, that I bought 2! Although the instruction manual left out a step, but the correct directions are on the back of the unit. My baby likes her formula pretty hot, so I doubled the number for heating and its perfect.

Warms a 4 oz bottle to room temperature in about 2 min. Easy to use and have the reserve water is great. I have yet to use the cooler but it's a nice concept.
Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is there is no warning if the water runs out during use. It started heating up and flashing red but after the fact. Would help if it warned you beforehand to avoid burning it up!!
