changed formula. loved it prior to change. now it doesn't lather much. overall, dislike. will have to find another soap now.

This soap is nothing like the small hand pumps that I typically buy. The picture also misrepresents what you will get. I actually received Dial Sensitive Antimicrobial soap **NEW ACTIVE!** It says in yellow "use ONLY with Dial Total Clean Formula. Now I know why... when you refill the hand pumps with the original light floral scent formula you get an oily mess at the base of the pump. I dont think this formula mixes with the old. It seperates, so you get the scent portion of the soap and no soap. The scent is toatlly different as well. I think it has a slight pine smell. Unfortunately I just refilled my hand pumps and am past the return date, so I'm stuck with 4 gallons of soap I hate.

I love this soap. It is the only soap that does not irritate my skin. The only issue I have is in the shipping of the soap. The caps always come loose and the bottles leak in shipping. The caps need to be sealed better before shipping.
