Piece of junk. Pain in the butt to install and when it is on it's impossible to level it. If you want to mount a scope I highly suggest spending the extra money on a brass stacker mount because they actually work well.
Works fine if the Mosin mount is centered

I installed this mount but it kept rocking back and forth ....I then drilled holes at each end and tapped them. I then installed an allen head bolt at each end and adjust the bolt so that the mo0unt no longer rocked. Now if works great.
