Just started taking them so I don't know if their working other then they wake me up a bit. They do taste very good much better then Smarty Pants Womens and no gridiness. It's a good deal for 150 under 10.00 I can't find them at Walmart. I like that there Gluten free. My boys both go to public school so are always bringing home germs hopefully momma doesn't catch everything and I stop getting a raw nose til March lol. They arrived in a big M&M box with ice packs and insulated packing things like the Little Critters child ones.

I am a cancer patient and on chemo. Chemo messes with how things taste and makes good things taste a bit less good. These taste great and I'm definitely experiencing a change of taste in other foods. If I can gleefully eat these, the taste is fine so all these other whiners about the taste are just whiners. And the texture is fine too. I'm trying to stay as healthy as I can be and keep my strength up and keep up on my vitamin intake on this brutal treatment.
