I am delighted with my balance disc. I recently broke my hip in a dog fight and rehab allowed me to use their balance board. I have very good balance and even played ball while balancing. It seems to keep my hips flexed and limber. I am delighted with my purchase. This really helped me out when I had bulging disks and it was hard for me to sit. Would definitely recommend for this. I gave it to my grandson to use as he has some issues in staying sitting still while doing school work. It is working wonders for him. He uses it almost all of the time while he is sitting. Thanks for the awesome product. Would highly recommend it for kids that have issues sitting still reading and or doing school work.

I like this but it's really best for one foot and not for BOTH feet...unless you are a kid? For adults one foot it does the job.....2 feet...Maybe get a bigger one of this or the balance pads?...Even the balance pads are tough to get the "right" pad. When I used one in my physical therapy balance pad I thought they would all be the same....They're not!..The PT pad was very soft and "wobbly" (needed for a balance pad!!!) and the purchased one was soft but harder than the PT pad..OK back to this product....This is good though....If it's intended for one foot the I would give it for 5 stars.

The plastic on this one is much thicker than I expected it to be. Which is a pleasant surprise. The pump comes with a needle to inflate and deflate. It has a bumpy side and a bumpyer side which is uncomfortable as a cushion. I got it for knee rehab so this does not affect me.

I know this is used for people working in an office etc but I bought this for my dog to work on balence and marking with him! This works great! I even blew it up a little more even though it was probable already full to give it more of a roll whine he stands on it and it is yet to pop! I love this product and I'm yet to have any issue with it! I would say this product is a little uncomfortable for me to sit on as I did sit on it to give it a try but that's my opinion! One last thing, this thing catches fur and dirt very easily and needs to be washed weekly!
