These are less than half the size of a dime....I would say small than a tic-tac. No troubles swallowing, but if you drop them on the floor, they are so small they can be hard to find, lol!

excellent Vitamin D in olive oil. I'm allergic to many oils and additives in supplements, finally found this one, and it's my regular Vitamin D. With this supplement, I raised my levels from almost non-existent to low normal, phew!
