Bitter and inedible I would like a refund.

I cooked this rice as soon as I received it according to the package directions- it was bitter and inedible. Had I been able to do so I would have returned it and asked for a refund.

I had high expectations for this rice, but was very disappointed. I like long grain rice and this was short grain. It was also full of little dark specs of something. Would not buy again.
