Great deal and good quality! Also, it's so big you can melt lots of wax in it and therefore make quite a few candles. I have used it with soy wax so far and it was very easy to clean, so hopefully it will not be too bad when I try beeswax. Also, I looked in quite a few places and this was the best price I found.

Someone online said these are indispensable for candlemaking. That after making wax in a doubleboiler you can never get the doubleboiler clean. They were absolutely right. Recommend.

Perfect for making candles! Melts the (soy) wax evenly and consistently. The pour spout is really helpful! I put this inside of a slightly larger pot to use as a double boiler. That way, I can control the heat better.

I have used hundreds of time to make soy candles. It works so well. I use in a double boiler. Heats evenly. Really nice pot. The pouring spout could be deeper to allow for a more controlled pour when the pot is full.
