Bread came out perfect. I was a bit nervous as it was the first time using our new bread machine, but I followed the directions exactly and it came out great. The whole family enjoyed it. Great addition to our holiday meal.

What a wonderful bread! This is more like a dessert than a bread! I love the consistency and the texture, as well as the taste of this Cranberry Nut bread from the Prepared Pantry. If you follow the directions while putting the bread mix into your bread machine in regard to the temperature of the water, everything else is precisely done for you! Add the packets of cranberries and nuts at the time your machine is nearly finished with the final kneading cycle (usually marked by a series of beeps from the machine), and let the machine do the rest. The aroma during the baking cycle is sweet and inviting, and the taste and texture of the bread is fantastic when it is finished baking! The mix is somewhat expensive, but it is money well spent, in my opinion! It has quickly become my absolute favorite bread to bake and eat! And, even though it is designed to be baked in the automatic bread machine, it can be prepared and baked in the traditional manner in a conventional oven. I have used other mixes from Prepared Pantry, and they are all very good. This one is a Definite Winner!
