I don't get how everyone here says this taste like the Chinese restaurant mustard. For one, it does not have the proper consistency. This is more like a gel mustard than a true creamy Chinese mustard. Secondly, the taste is just ok. It is spicy but it does not have the flavor of a Chinese restaurant mustard that you get with your egg rolls. I am still searching...
