Good for removing makeup, but still too oily

Good makeup remover. Its very gentle and I don't have to rub hard at all to loosen up the makeup and dirt. I used to use the MEME oil cleanser which was my favorite, but can't justify buying it at the price its listed on Amazon right now. I decided to try this. It works well to remove make up, but it doesn't wash off very cleanly for me. I still feel a bit oily after and have to follow it up with another face wash.
Appealing product but less effective than other cleansers I've tried.

I found this cleansing oil just so-so. This is my second "double cleansing" product, and my first cleansing oil type product. It smells nice, is gentle on the skin, and the bottle is well-designed. However, I found that I need a lot of product to remove all of my makeup and sunscreen. I also don't feel like this product emulsifies well. After massaging the product onto dry skin, I add water and one of two things seems to happen -- there is a very thickly emulsified layer of oil on my skin that is difficult to remove without the foaming cleanser, or it just rinses without seeming to emulsify or remove everything. Maybe I'm missing something. I'm glad this worked well for others, but I don't think I would re-purchase.
I don't love the pump

I don't love the pump, I feel like I'm always getting too much in my hands and it makes my face feel too oily. It does clean off my makeup well, I just have to follow it with a good soap second cleanser and rinse my face thoroughly.
I would not recommend it as a makeup remover cleanser

It is very oily and it doesn't clean waterproof makeup as it claimed. I would not recommend it as a makeup remover cleanser. I have tried it with a clean face, but i have not noticed a significance difference in my skin.

This is a light oil cleanser. It has a soft plseantl floral type smell. To use this all I do is apply it to small makeup cotton pads. It removes dead skin and dirt from your face fairly easy as well as make up. I use a cotton pad by apply a small amount of this rice water to the cotton pad and then I wipe my face with another cotton and then I rinse off with like warm water. You wouldn't believe how dirty the cotton pad is even if you have washed your face prior to using this rice water. I believe it is a light dry oil cleanser. I recommend this to anyone who would like to use Korean skin care.
