I volunteered to help teach electricity and circuits to my daughter's 4th-grade class. I bought this spool of wire and a box of 8d nails and took them into class. By the time I was done, every kid in the 4th grade had made an electromagnet that they could take home. It was a fun activity. Now I have about half a spool left for other fun projects when I need magnet/motor wire.
