Missing Parts are way too difficult to rectify

It's a great little unit for my purposes: inside my office closet. Solid and quality. Easy for anyone to assemble, no tools. No problems. The issue is that the 2 steel brackets that anchor to the wall (optional) were missing and trying to contact the Seller or Manu directly is nightmare. I'm a long-time frequent customer and never had to deal with missing parts or problems with an order that wasn't a return. Amazon makes it way too difficult for this kind of contact. I didn't want to try to disassemble and repackage and hassle of return, but then I spent way too much time clicking through vague links. Holy crap. I finally had to leave a note in the middle of some form field that I'm not feeling too comfortable will even be seen. I will try to contact the manu for missing parts, wish me luck. Almost did that to start but thought that would be the waste of time. Who knew? Extremely frustrating. Amazon needs to have more "Contact Seller" buttons sprinkled all over the place for smaller issues like missing parts.

Space-Saver!!!
I recently moved into a temporary residence and the room I have is TINY and not enough room for even the stuff I kept out of storage!!
This had a decent price, so I gave it a shot.
It's holding a LOT of large items, from dog food, to bags of random stuff.
It isn't bending or giving (but I have the weight on each shelf distributed evenly).
Assembly was easy as putting poles in holes (that's literally what it was...).
I put it in my closet.

I bought it as extra storage area as well as a place to put my wife's computer tower. works well for storage but had to put some weights on lower shelf to keep the shelf from swaying so easily.
Poor quality, poor quality control, shipping broken and damaged/flawed product.

First set I got one of the shelves was completely busted. Had to send it back and get a replacement.
Second set I got one of the posts looks like it was melted at one end. It is about 4" shorter than the other bars and has a melted look at the end.
Maybe third set will FINALLY be a charm...if it's not than it will be RETURNED, not exchanged again.

The shelves that arrived unbroken work great. Unfortunately 2 of the 3 shelving units arrived with a broken piece. I took a photo of the broken pieces but the add a photo link is not currently working.
