Delicious for marinade or sauté

Ketjap Manis is my favorite sauce to marinade meat for the grill and sautéing mushrooms. It's similar to soy sauce but with a sweeter taste. Difficult to find in grocery stores so I'm glad Amazon carries this brand.

Product is top rate for making many Indonesian/Dutch dishes. Loved the fact I can order from the comfort of my home rather than driving 35 miles to a specialty store to buy it.
